The platelet agitator and incubator are designed to maintain a set temperature of 22°C with an exceptional accuracy of ±0.1°C and a gradient of ±1°C, ensuring reliable performance even in ambient conditions of up to +45°C.
A microprocessor-based controller, conveniently positioned at eye level, is complemented by a 4.3/7.1-inch LCD touchscreen that provides real-time updates on key parameters such as actual temperature, door status, compressor operation, and alerts for high/low voltage or power failures. Temperature monitoring is highly precise, thanks to a glycerine-dipped sensor.
The incubators feature durable construction, with interiors crafted from polished AISI 304 stainless steel and exteriors made of corrosion-resistant, powder-coated CRCA/HDGI sheet metal. Insulation with polyurethane or VIP foam enhances thermal efficiency, while flicker-free CF lamps provide uniform illumination. Magnetic door gaskets and optional key locks, available with RFID or fingerprint technology, add an extra layer of security. Bacterial-resistant, perforated stainless steel shelves ensure hygienic storage.
Operational dependability is supported by a hermetically sealed compressor, automatic defrost cycles, and heavy-duty lockable castor wheels for effortless mobility. The devices are environmentally conscious, utilizing CFC and HCFC-free refrigerants, and operate quietly with a noise level of just 50 dB. Optical and acoustic alarms effectively notify users of events such as door openings, temperature deviations, and power failures.
Enhanced functionalities include a digital, inkless, paperless circular chart recorder, USB data output for easy data management, and optional SMS alerts for temperature variations. Operating on 220V to 240V, 50 Hz, single-phase AC power, these incubators are also equipped with a noiseless, heavy-duty gear motor capable of delivering 60–70 motions per minute for efficient agitation.
